Our paint shop is 4700 sq.ft.
with a monorail system to receive steel from
shop 1 and 2. There are four 5 ton cranes
with full range of travel, plus a transfer
table to move completed projects to the loading
area. |
| Shop Ventilation |
There are several exhaust fans
to draw fumes out of the bay with filter systems
to pump clean air in and out of the paint
bay. |
| Heating |
Our shop is equipped with in
floor heating and tube heating to allow for
faster paint drying. |
| Equipment |
For safety and convenience,
there is a separate room with 2 paint machines.
These are both Bulldog Airless Machines with
inline heating. This allows for 3 guns to
operate off of each pump. We also constructed
a boom operation that allow for hoses to be
up in the air instead of dragging on the floor.
Each point off of boom has a 2 paint and 1
air supply connection. |
